Figure 8 for the fuel cell engine output current and output power curve. As can be seen from Figure 8, fuel cell engine output power with increasing output current increase. Fuel cell engine in the regular job of 20 ~ 70 kW range, current range are 50 ~ 200 A, so the dell battery, dell d5318 battery, gd761 fuel cell engine power can meet the required vehicle dynamic performance.
Reference applies to the four-city bus cycle condition in the RLS road simulation software, a custom operating mode cycle test results as shown in Figure 9. SOC the charge, discharge characteristics and working conditions of Canada and deceleration to fit together well.
4 Concluding remarks
Studied the super-capacitor and fuel cell hybrid engine system test platform to build and carry out the test. The results showed hp battery, hp hstnn-lb31 battery, hp dv6000 battery that the road simulation software RLS can effectively simulate actual road conditions; super capacitor to make up for the fuel cell engine deficiencies; CAN bus technology acquisition equipment improve the reliability of the system and the system easy to maintain and expand.
